a little more about me…
I take a holistic approach to just about everything. Minds, bodies, environments—I believe they’re all more connected than we realize. Just like I’m wired to be a pattern recognizer about consumers, I’m wired to get to the root cause of everything else as well. Curiosity and intuition are my two guiding lights as I nerd out on everything from brain rewiring and nervous system regulation to strength training and nutrition. I guess you can say I’m on a mission to live a life that counts.
Essentially, I’m wired to think deep and connect dots. And somewhere along the way, I’ve collected just as many insights about life as I have about people.
Here are a few favorites:
The solution for releasing what weighs on you is by creating (exhibit A: my portfolio).
Meditation is choosing who gets the mic in your mind. Overthinking? Please wait backstage.
There’s no such thing as “this is just how I am.”
Discipline builds self-trust which builds sustained confidence.
Movement is the medicine, presence is the cure.
The stories we tell ourselves become the environments we live in.
The hottest take of them all: pursuing yourself is the real ROI.
PS: I teach Yoga Sculpt classes on the side which is where I get to combine it all!
I’m also what they consider a yapper. Some might even say “strongly opinionated.” Basically, I always have something to say… maybe too much at times. Of course, words make it easier to document my thoughts, so here we are (all written for the BU Buzz Magazine):
never keep a nice thought to yourself
Usually, the only harm that could exist is staying silent.
no, my classes aren’t easy just because they’re creative
Handling subjectivity is easier said than done.
i discovered the key to stop comparing yourself to others
I compared myself to the character I developed in my head.
the trend cycle is moving faster than ever
And Gen-Z-targeted platforms support the increase of speed.

How we alter our reality to see what we want.
